From drawing board to dirt road
CONCEPTS began in 2012 as a freelance design firm in Kushalnagar. The work kept pulling us onto site — and we kept saying yes. Designs became drawings, drawings became buildings, and the practice grew into a full turnkey firm.
Today we plan, build, fit out and landscape on projects across Karnataka — from our base in Coorg and Mysore: private villas, resorts, hotels, cafés, retail and commercial spaces. Much of our work speaks for itself — most clients arrive having stood in something we built.
